less progressive career history, or very little experience in the field in which you want to work.
The idea of this format is to separate your achievements and capabilities from your employment history. This focuses the
employer on what you can do and have done, rather than where, or when, you have worked. Only after impressing the
employer with what you can do will your work history be presented. Even then, the work history will be presented in only
a brief format with dates. By then, hopefully, the employer will already be convinced that you are a worthy candidate.

For someone who already has a quite linear and solid career history, but who also has a number of relevant
